The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

The view is breathtaking — waking up every day to the sound of the sea and this magical scenery was a gift from God. 🙏🏼 The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (or rather, even more beautiful in person), super clean, well maintained and with a wonderful energy. In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to get in before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that this is a matter of safety. Would recommend to others.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.
