Beautiful 1-bedroom cottage, 500 meters from Tenório Beach and Praia Grande. Quality Wi-Fi and all cleaning and sanitizing protocols. A private parking space and apartment with all the amenities, including air-conditioning and Netflix. Quiet street, cottage with caretaker, easy access. Maximum capacity 6 people. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and gas station. Since 2/8/2023, Ubatuba has charged a daily fee of R$ 13.00 to stay in the city.
