Mr. Reinaldo answered and helped us whenever he needed it, we need to go to the hospital in the new year and he directed us to the best place to go. Accommodation consistent with the photos, very nice to wake up to the noise of the birds too. Very good location, with several markets close and right off the beach of Barra, and the bus stops.

In our case, we stayed in a fully equipped, tidy and clean apartment. A location that you can walk to an excellent beach. And we were lucky enough to meet Neli who is the person who welcomes you and gives you the keys which lives next door, answered doubts and advised places, the truth is excellent person. We had a nice memory of the place and its hosts. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Our stay was a great place super quiet, close to everything pharmacy market, easy access to go to the lagoon of Conceição Ilha do campeche and other beaches, super attentive host and the apt everything according to the listing, is well worth it.

Great site to stay in Florianópolis. Very good location, close to the airport is well located to go to several beaches. Shopping mall with options of restaurants below. Very nice garage. It's very nice. I don't even have a point to complain about.

We stayed almost 6 days in the apartment and we felt right at home. The location is spectacular as it is accessible to both shopping centers and different beaches. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It has a spectacular view. Israel was very friendly and gave us all the directions to make our stay easy.

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

Anne's apartment is amazing, beautiful and super-equipped, a real luxury. We didn't know the location and we loved it, it's a 3-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and we know many, if not all. We'll be back

The place was clean and smelling, the photos matched what was advertised and had a large and multifunctional space. I felt at home! Excellent location close to the city's main sights. Eduardo was extremely polite and requested at all times I sought him out. I highly recommend it!

Hostess and her husband are very receptive and caring. The residence is very cozy, with everything that is enough for a good stay. Around 500m away from the sea, very quiet place. Close to several attractions: 10 minutes from Ponta do Papagaio; 15 minutes from Guarda do Embaú, also from the beach above; 1 hour from Floripa. I will definitely come back again, probably in the summer to better enjoy the beaches lol I recommend, note 10!

Wonderful experience! The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and is even better in person! The Jacuzzi and the grill with a view were the great highlight, we spent incredible moments there. All very clean, well maintained and with complete structure. The location is great and the host was super attentive throughout the stay. I recommend too much and I want to come back!

Gicele was always very friendly and friendly, responding promptly to what we needed. The condominium is very functional and quiet with clear rules to be followed which makes the stay good. The concierge is attentive and firm what gave us the feeling of security. In the vicinity there is a bakery, sacolão, supermarket and several restaurants. A point is that we are in a tourist area and the prices are for tourists. The tip I leave is to have a car to move, because this way you have the freedom to be able to rotate at will. It has many beaches and car travel is easy. Beyond the lagoon that is very beautiful and has great restaurants.
