The house is spacious and very comfortable for 12 people, equipped with everything you need to have an excellent stay. It's even bigger than what you can see in the photos. With a beautiful gallery for lunch or breakfast with a direct sea view. It has a fire pit. It is inside a large hacienda where you can see the animals graze with total calm. With a direct and private access to the beach is as the Brazilians say "pé na areia". Beautiful sea, with quite waves and surfers. Both the host and those who work at the hacienda were extremely friendly and respectful. Definitely a place to recommend and to go back to.

Walter was available all the time. I had a little trouble at the entrance because the cell phone signal is very bad there. But as soon as I got the Wi-Fi with another guest I saw that the host had already sent me all the instructions. And it wasn't long before the lovely Tânia appeared to welcome us Comfortable accommodation, a few steps from the beautiful Ferrugem Doi beach, a great experience. I hope to repeat it soon.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

Very nice apartment, all brand new and very well cleaned, very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary structure for a great stay. Great pool, clean and warm. Well located near the center and close to the beach. Jane extremely attentive, very responsive and kind, we were upset not to be able to use the game room due to the exchange of keys, Jane did what she could to solve the problem, but cono was the weekend we couldn't, but nothing that would spoil the excellent structure and stay we had. We will definitely be staying in the apartment again.

The location is very good, four blocks from the beach and very close to the main avenue. The common area is very cozy, the grill area has comfort and a barbecue kit. We had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable weekend at this charming beach house, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! We only host a day. We were passing by. The place is close to BR 101, but the place is quiet and in the back is a forest, with a small trail to the sea. The view is beautiful and the sunrise and to take the breath away. I recommend it. Let's go back to stay more days to enjoy everything. Very beautiful.

Mr. Joaquim is very cordial and is always concerned about the well-being of his guests. His wife is a sweetheart as well. Super indico, as the house is very clean and settled. In the surroundings there is pharmacy, market and bakery. Thank you for the stay Mr. Joaquim!!

We stayed 7 days in February-March 2025. Giselle is very friendly and an excellent host. He sent us recommendations for things to do. The apartment is as shown in the photos and very comfortable, it has everything you need. We felt very safe in the building and in the neighborhood. As another guest mentioned, from one of the rooms the view overlooks the cemetery and, although the view from the balcony is beautiful, it also includes that view, as the cemetery is right next door. We didn't see this detail mentioned in the description, and although it didn't affect us, it could be important to other guests. Giselle informed us that the apartment had two beach chairs, so we decided to take fewer of our own. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of them was in such poor condition that it could not be used, which disappointed us a bit because we were counting on it. Fortunately, it wasn't a big deal, as one of the guests was a child and spent most of the time playing.

We loved the apartment, it had all the necessary things for a stay. The hosts' reception is wonderful. The place is very cozy, we felt very good, the beach is very beautiful. We were greeted with excellent coffee and a muffin, in addition to the fruit. Thank you very much and congratulations on the service.

The condominium is quiet, perfect for those who want to take a vacation with the family, the swimming pool is wonderful, overlooking the sea and has a shallower part where my 2 year old daughter has enjoyed a lot, the beach is beautiful and by car arrives in less than 5 minutes, with parking in front of the beach. The apartment was clean and organized, Luciana was very attentive, quickly answered all my doubts and always willing to resolve any issue that arose. I strongly recommend staying in your apartment!
