The summer house exceeded all our expectations! The location is excellent – within 10 minutes of quiet walk, we arrive at the beach, without having to take the car out of the garage. The house is great, well located and ideal for a group of 5 people and very cozy. A point that is worth mentioning is that the swimming pool is very cool as well. In the early days we had problems with the unloading that was soon resolved and control of the gate that did not work. Highly recommend!!!!!

This home is a PARADISE!!! We were so grateful to have stayed at the lovely family home. Lete and Milton, our hosts, have been most attentive and made our stay a most memorable one. We were greeted by Lete, our gracious host upon arrival, with a generous basket of tropical fruits (humongous avocados, all sorts of bananas you can imagine, cacao) freshly picked from the garden. Lete even made us delicious banana cake for breakfast! The home has a modern tasteful design with great air conditioning, with a beautiful terrace facing the lush garden. It was a treat listening to birds sing and seeing curious pygmy marmosets (small monkeys) playing in the tree canopy every morning. The home is only 10 - 15 minutes driving distance to the old historical town in Paraty and numerous waterfalls. We truly lived our dream during our stay here. We were sad to leave and will for sure return for an even longer stay when we visit Paraty next time! Saudades Saudades Saudades!

Beto is an amazing person!!! super polite and attentive, the porters are also a thousand, super educated always ready to assist when necessary. Clean and cozy AP with amazing scenery. Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
