Great house on Jabaquara beach with a pool.

House 04 is in a Condominium with 04 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). This is the only house in the Condominium, which has an exclusive swimming pool and a second gate, making it even more independent. We offer bed and bath linens. We leave toilet paper and detergent in the property, but do not replace them. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets with hangers, mirrors and blackout curtains. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, space for 1 car in the garage, gourmet space with barbecue and shower.

Large house, very comfortable and charming, close to the beach. With maid service from Monday to Friday, working days. Living room with cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and full kitchen utensils.
