Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Great choice. Very tidy and clean house. Various utensils available in the kitchen Comfortable bed. It would spend more time peacefully. Location very central. Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Very cozy and functional house, with all possible items to accommodate perfectly, from bedding to utensils; everything impeccable. The house is located in a condominium with excellent leisure infrastructure and close to the beach.

Wonderful stay, pleasant and family atmosphere. Mr. Clerivaldo was very attentive and proactive. The owners Hermes and Izabel were always available and provided all the necessary information for a peaceful stay. Super recommend it. My family and I felt at home!

the house is excellent and sheilla was always available to assist us, asking if everything was okay and if we were in need of anything.

I went with my family to Maragogi and we stayed at Geazy's house. The house is just like the listing, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, a social bathroom, a garage for 1 car, a barbecue, kitchen items and everything you need to feel at home. He explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for a bakery, supermarket. The house is on a very quiet street, with several inns, at the end of the street you can see the sea. Anyway, this house is excellent, clean, well maintained, has all the utensils, spacious, well ventilated! I recommend it and would like to stay again. Thank you very much Mr. Geazy for your receptivity, for your indications!

Isadora was very helpful and answered all the questions. She also indicated the Caretaker of the building who gave us all necessary instructions.

Otimo Place, calm. With a super quiet neighborhood. Otimas nearby beaches, practically a leap of Moises' path. Casa super clean and organized,.igualzinha a photo. I will return for sure. Zero noise at night. Amei de vdd.

Excellent service from Gilma. Very clean and bright. I was very surprised to find a curator and tapers to use. As well as lounge chairs and towels. Excellent tableware. 10-point mattress. The view of the sunrise from the balcony is wonderful. Having 2 bathrooms solves everything when it comes to using them. Compared to 3 other apartments I rented in Maragogi, Porto and Maceio, the price seemed a bit high due to the lack of services such as a pool, gym, elevator. However, I would definitely come back.

To the stay that I spent hosted meeting my expectations, Hugo always answered when we needed to ask something. The place close to everything market,pharmacy and collective transport when we need to get around. Very quiet without noise. And no flat had everything you need. We arrived we found everything clean and organized toilets and cleaning products as well as water. For those who arrive late you already have some things in the dispensa this facilitating your stay until you get organized. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back more often!

The place is very quiet and easy to find. There is a bakery approximately 50 meters and a little market a little more distant, about 300 meters away. The beach is easy to access, perfect for hiking and sea bathing. The hosts are very accessible and friendly, which made our stay even more special. We celebrated our 20 years of marriage and everything was just perfect. We are already planning to return in the future, this time with our children. Another important point is that on the 3rd floor we have access to a beautiful view of the beach.

Great accommodation, especially for me who needed to eat my meals. It has a complete kitchen, with everything you needed to cook! It's a little far from the beach, depending on where it goes and whatever you do may be far away. But it's very quiet to reach, very quiet neighborhood and Milisson is super nice and if you like to walk, it's worth the walk to the beach!

This was the first time I stayed in a place through Airbnb, and the experience was great! The flat was perfect, the kitchen was super-equipped, the room was clean, the sleep was excellent, I really rested! Boqueirão beach is very close, we walked there. And yet, there was a laundry room, which I think is really valid for those who will spend several days. Japaratinga is a paradise, we fell in love with the beaches. Anyway, everything was perfect, my thanks to Rafaela, super helpful. I loved my stay, I hope to return soon.

The house of Letícia is beautiful, cozy, we feel at home. Clean spot. Super-equipped, photos according to the listing and host were always agile and polite in responses. We recommend it is for sure we will be back.

I recommend the accommodation, we are extremely happy and satisfied! One of the best bookings I've ever booked! Quiet place, well furnished house, utensils , very good. There were pq mosquitoes is close to the mangrove but nothing that a racket does not solve . All works well ! Close to everything. The town we needed we asked via zap and arrive fast , grocery store, pharmacy .

The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

The property corresponds to the description of the listing, Rafael is very proactive, always ready to answer us. There is nothing missing for any type of traveler, couples or families, the structure serves everyone. The beaches of Porto de Pedras and surroundings are wonderful allowing all types of programming. Be sure to take the raft ride.
