Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Patacho - Rota Ecológica dos Milagres

We stayed for 7 days on Airbnb and had a super pleasant experience. The apartment is extremely complete, equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need: set of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls and even leisure items, such as a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and barbecue. This allowed us to enjoy special moments cooking at home. The hospitality part is also impeccable: very soft linens and towels, bathrobes available and, in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The place was very clean, the pool was at the ideal temperature and the beach was just a few steps away — a perfect combination. Some tips: it is worth going by car, as the condominium is not close to the center and there are few restaurants nearby. The nearest and most complete market, the Mercado do Inho, is about 2 km away. All the staff were attentive, with quick responses and everything was very well organized. Note 10!

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days at Marcelo and Camila's place and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is about a 2-minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes to the street that has the village's shops and restaurants. Our communication was with Marcelo and was the best possible. We had a problem with the airline on the way there and Marcelo made everything easy for us, check-in and check-out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything very quickly and clearly. For us, it was wonderful to have his help. He also provided us with a lot of information about the area (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we needed, Marcelo responded quickly, extremely politely and helpfully. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much, again, Marcelo!

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The swimming pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

Wonderful location. A peace and silence I've never seen. Anyone with a rental car will have no trouble buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17 minutes, you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the shine of this Wonderful place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to return.

We had a great stay at Sandra's place, the location is wonderful and the photos reflect exactly what the house is. Sandra was extremely available throughout our stay, and her employees made the experience even better. I highly recommend the house!

We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

The arrival at Geisa's house is already amazing! Coconut trees will greet you along the way. The space is amazing, with distinctive architecture, simple decoration, but with very good taste. A great garden... Anyway... Very cozy! From the house to the beach it is about 3 minutes walking through nature. Pablo, Geisa's son, lives on the property and was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

This stay is absolutely recommended! We were 6 in the house - including one child - and the house was perfect for us: with plenty of space and complete amenities, comfortable & clean rooms, and a gorgeous shared area (outdoor kitchen, beautiful pool, etc).Allan was super clear and proactive, and Ana was a highlight for us, helping make us feel at home and safe in this house! I truly hope I can come back one day - the only bad part was leaving!

Well-equipped house, pleasant condominium

The house is true to what is advertised on the site, new, clean and organized environment. It is in a more reserved region, ideal for those who want peace and quiet, as the beach has little movement. The owner was attentive to the information and questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were very well received by the employee who, in addition to taking care of the house, made an excellent coffee during our stay. The house has the option to hire lunch and dinner, but since we only stayed for a weekend, we ended up making the food ourselves. We recommend staying at this house, noting that the region is still under development, so you need a car to get to the house and to go to the markets/bakeries, which are a little far away.

I recommend the accommodation, we are extremely happy and satisfied! One of the best bookings I've ever booked! The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything in the drawers and cabinets, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is very nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Although there is a swimming pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you can't hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and check-out were very easy to do and the listing photos match what we saw.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

The beach on the front, perfect! When dry, give for a good walk. And dry or full, the sea bath is wonderful! It also has two nearby beach stalls with delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful condominium, well maintained, practically private. Supermarket nearby and a grocery store at the condominium's door, the carpenter's center with shops and restaurants is also very close. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, clean linens, new utensils, but the windows were extremely dirty, even making a bad impression on arrival. The house near the others in the condominium is simple and with little decoration, there are better cared for and more beautiful ones. The landlord asked Mr. José (responsible for the house) to contact us on the penultimate day, saying that the gardener warned him that we had trampled on the plants, that he could imagine how it was inside his house, detail that there were no plants in the house, only some very poorly cared seedlings, the gardener was bad and wanted to blame us. It was very annoying and ended up ruining the mood, because I have great ratings in all the properties I have rented and I always take care of the cleanliness and care in the properties.
