The apartment is very nice, it is bigger than in the photos, very comfortable, on the beach front line. The place is very quiet so you can walk day and night without problems, through the street and by the beach. To improve, the kitchen equipment, it has no furniture for what there is no place to leave things, it does not even have a drawer for cutlery, the same are in a cover in the breakfast of the kitchen. It is very small. Another problem that we had is that the shower is running!!!! it is a danger, but that happens in two places. in general those showers are very dangerous!!!! they must start to implement electric heaters and differential protectors on their boards. in general, except for those two things, the apartment is excellent! in addition to the fact that in the village there are not many accommodations like that...

We stayed from the 12th to 03/17/2025. We stayed in two flats, as there was no availability in the same for this period. We stay at the bouginho and Captain Gabriel. I liked the duplex more for the larger space and the mattress (personal taste). But, both were organized and functional. I chose the flat 3 miracles for the commentary. Me drew attention to the compliments and made the reservation for this reason. Lidianne, its family and staff are very special. We had some setbacks, which were quickly resolved, without prejudice to our stay. The cordiality and welcoming of the team make all the difference. Lidianne thinks of all the details and takes pleasure in providing an impeccable stay: Beach kit, extremely well-kept and clean pool, convenience store open 24 hours, where you choose what you want, write down and then get it right at the end of your stay. Finally, I thank you very much for making our special holidays in a magical place full of affection! We hope to return!

Starting with the value, which for what is offered is very accessible to what compares to other places of the same quality, the apartment is great and super-equipped. The location is great as it is not so far from the beach and still has a pizzeria/hamburgerie and an ice cream shop right next door. In addition, with regard to leisure, the villas manatee is amazing, the pool with a huge water depth, two jacuzzis, sauna, gym, massage location and a great redário to lie down at night and admire the visible constellations. Unrivalled Experience, if we return to Patacho, we definitely want to return to Manatee. Oh , and I almost forgot: day use free at the receptive Patacho Praia only with the condominium bracelet, too good!

We love your stay. Home is exactly like the listing. We spend wonderful days. The caretaker Tartaruga is very helpful and Dile is a great cook. The location is great and the nearest beach is wonderful.

The houses are just wonderful! We recommend and will definitely come back :) We found everything in the house very well thought out: the super large and welcoming environments. Extreme good taste in decor (elaborated with local crafts), the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and super manicured. The kitchen is semi-shared with the TV room, making a sure mix of comfort and practicality. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden project, full of tropical foliage and a green lawn that is next to the pool (which by the way is a great size for guests from the 2 houses). Marta welcomed us in the most affectionate and considerate way possible. He brought us a welcome muffin, sent us restaurant tips and always responded to our msgs, quickly and very friendly :) Place is “Pet Friendly”! Chico, (our dog) was very well received.

We loved Casa Rustica, met all our expectations! We were in a group of 8 adults and one baby. The rooms were great, we had a lot of privacy. All the conditioned airs were working, linen and towels were clean. The hosts were super requested, whenever we needed to respond to us quickly. In addition, they gave us several tips about the city and places to shop. We were not driving, but this was not a problem, since the house is located very close to the beach and also to 2 markets and restaurants. The house has a great structure, several kitchenware and swimming pool. We highly recommend and hope to come back one day :)

Verena's home is very familiar. Very cozy, neatly tidy and decorated, it has everything we needed for amenities and utensils. The barbecue and private pool are great options for a cool family moment. Her support is from the people who work with him is exceptional. The house is pet friendly and has plenty of space in the garden for the circular pet and play. If I could, I would give 10 stars, the house is just like in the pictures and it's close to the beaches. Claudio is a sensational person! Always answered our messages promptly, gave us tips on walks, brought us avocado, the best cocada I have ever eaten in my life, always friendly and polite! I recommend it with my eyes closed, and as soon as we do we will be back for sure! We only have to thank you!

The house met wonderfully our expectations of a group that travelled as a family, with a 7-year-old child. It is wide, very comfortable, with all the necessary equipment and utensils, good internet and excellent set of sheets and towels. The beach in front of the house is very good and with calm and warm water. It is very close to good and reserved restaurants and small pharmacies and markets. The neighborhood is very quiet. In addition, we had a delicate and attentive attention from the homemade Valdo and the secretary Maria José (Mazé), who were always ready to help us with any doubt or need we had. Anyway, after we leave with longing, we strongly recommend the stay and we will definitely return.

We arrived and were well welcomed by the cook and the cleaning girl, they welcomed us with great joy and with a snack, which made us feel at home, Dona vera kitchen very well, answered all our requests, made us an indication of where to buy the necessary things. The house was very clean and organized, beautiful furniture and utensils, the very good location, very quiet place, close to the village, supermarket, to the beach of the cabinetmaker and also to São Miguel dos Miracles where we can also enjoy the tours and sights. The reserve is divided on two sides, we stand on the opposite side of the beach plus we have access to the club and the swimming pool that is in front of the beach. At the entrance we received bracelets. We will miss you and certainly if we have come back to the region will be our choice of hosting.

Very nice apartment, private Jacuzzi and an expansive view of the sea and the forest, the house was a little dusty, but otherwise it was a very good experience, I would come back more often.

Clean and well organized place, it has furniture and appliances and even a washing machine, there was only one microwave but as it had a very good electric oven it was great, air conditioning in the room and a very spacious place to stay, but the best of all is that it is in the best place because it is close to a market,laundry, pharmacy, beautiful restaurants and at the perfect point to find the travel cars to the beaches. For me it was a great business. Congratulations to the Ranulfo Owner that we received very well and even willing to help buy the gallon of water

Everything was perfect, great apartment, good location, attentive building staff, clean pool, we loved everything! Near supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop. Ediane, always attentive. We'll be back for sure. Oh, just the microwave that I didn't get right with it, lol, or the TV in the bedroom, but it wasn't necessary, lol

Our stay was perfect. When we arrived, Mirella was careful and kind enough to provide us with coffee powder, cookies, sugar, bananas and water. It has everything we need in kitchen utensils. The decor and plants give it a charm and make the environment even more welcoming. Mirella is a lovely person, very helpful, she responded promptly and was always concerned about our comfort. The building is very safe and with polite and attentive employees. Everything is nearby and we didn't feel the need for a car. Lying in the hammock and just enjoying the sea breeze, or sitting in the armchair to read a book, having breakfast enjoying the family and the view were some of the many special moments we had. We left, but we already want to go back.

We stayed with my family 5 days and everything was very good, Enio stayed attentive to our inquiries and was very kind, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable

The bungalow is even better than it looked in the photos, the main suite has two balconies with a wonderful view, ample space and well accommodates a large family. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom, which the Host responded and promptly resolved. The beds could be firmer, but nothing to discredit our stay. We love it and plan to come back. The pool is a spectacle apart, huge, pleasant temperature and a paradise view.
