My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at the place, the hosts were always very helpful, attentive and always responded quickly when we had any questions. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. In addition, everything happened correctly and very efficiently. We thank Mrs. Renata and her husband for all their support and willingness!

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing place, very close to the beach with a very peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. It’s a little far from downtown Florianopolis (25-30 min Uber ride) but it has decent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had an overheating issue with the hot tub but Vanessa was extremely helpful and made sure the issue was solved before the end of our stay, which was during a holiday. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place to relax!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

It was a really nice length of stay The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean (impeccable) and had all the items in perfect condition of cleanliness and conservation. Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Amazing view. Excellent bed. Great location to enjoy the beaches of the lagoon and the center of the lagoon with many shops and restaurants. André was very helpful and made us feel at ease.

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend and would come back at a next opportunity!

The stay was simply wonderful! The property is right on the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea — waking up to that view is priceless. The space is very cozy, well decorated and super clean, conveying a feeling of peace and comfort from the first moment. Everything worked perfectly and communication with the host was excellent. It was hard to leave and I definitely want to come back soon!

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!
