Open concept with three environments: TV, reading, dining and kitchen. Light and blue sky enter through the rooms' windows and the double-height ceiling.

The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry.
