Wonderful new townhouse with swimming pool and gourmet area, in the Pedra Verde condominium, 300 meters from the beaches of Lázaro and Domingas Dias. Our house is pleasant, for families and friends who want to relax on the north coast. It comprises three en-suites on the upper floor, one of which is a master suite with a terrace, a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom on the ground floor, all air-conditioned. Open concept with three environments: TV, reading, dining and kitchen. Light and blue sky enter through the rooms' windows and the double-height ceiling.
