Beach condo vacation rentals in Praia do Lázaro

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

we liked the place very much, I felt at home at the time we stayed there. The AP is very spacious and has everything we need to prepare food. The place is very quiet, without clutter or noise. We really liked the AP. without any complaints. We were very well attended, the host always responded when I needed help to check in.

Great to travel and bring the kittens, screened space, well aerated with air conditioning, very close to the beach, safe, it has everything close, condominium with swimming pool and leisure infrastructure, great for holidays, super friendly and loving host. Super Recommended!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. We had great communication with hosts Tiago and Isabela, they were very attentive and even anticipated our stay. Everything in the apartment was exactly what was in the ad and a little more... a delight. We were very happy to spend this time of our vacation in this environment, it was very worthwhile. The apartment is exactly as pictured. We went in two couples and were extremely comfortable, everything was very clean, the furniture was brand new, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room and there was another floor fan. The host allowed flexible check-in time, which helped us a lot, gave me all the instructions very clearly and easy to understand and was very helpful. As soon as we arrived, the caretaker received us, very polite and helpful, access to the building is very easy, to enter with the passwords helps a lot, because we don't have to keep carrying keys, the building is very clean, with an elevator, quiet, we didn't hear a single song in the building or neighbors talking. Easy access to the beach and has everything close by, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it without a doubt.

Everything is great, quick and easy check-in, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach. The only criticism is that when I received the address, Google Maps sent me to another location and I needed to adjust it with the name of the condominium, the street did not point to the location of the condominium in the app. I really liked it! and I highly recommend it!

Spacious apartment in an elegant, historic-style complex with charming gardens. It gets plenty of natural light, has lots of room to store your clothes and belongings, and is well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a coffee maker. There’s drinking water, a good hot shower, and a bidet. Plenty of parking space. The location is great—walking distance to downtown and the beach—and the area feels very safe. I recommend asking about the short hidden path up the hill that leads to a lookout with a spectacular view. The host was always available and communication was excellent. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a great time at Ivan's place, even though weather conditions didn't help! The space is super comfortable, condominium easy to access and very close to the beach! We will definitely come back more often!

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.

The perfect stay, property exactly as advertised, Sérgio extremely kind and request, we lost the door key, and provided us with a copy, and did not charge us for the copy that will have to be remade, conclusion... all perfect with our family trip!!!
