If you seek a quiet and quality environment Fabi's house is ideal, the house is well equipped, we were in 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 pets and the house behaved very well, well tasty heated pool, super quiet neighborhood, finally, we spent pleasant days. Super recommend! Fabi is so kind , welcoming, and responds quite accurately. I'll come back other times!

Ricardo and Dona Lucinea, two sweethearts, we agreed and arranged the points to see before check-in, and everything was perfect! We agreed on 3 p.m., we arrived and Dona Lucinea was already there, she showed us the house and its accommodations, soon after she was ready to answer any questions, she even recommended a great pizzeria! Very large and extremely comfortable house, we will certainly be back soon for another barbecue

Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

We only have compliments about the space, location and host. The apartment is a delight, well equipped, airy and super clean. Perfect sound system and TVs. We didn't take the car out of the garage, it's very well located, our stay was 8 days and we didn't need to drive at all. We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. As for the apartment and exactly as in the pictures and description, house of family environment, super quiet and safe. About the hosts always responded quickly and always helpful in helping, both Denise and Edy, who was the one who greeted us onsite and passed all the house instructions, we were able to enjoy the place and all the amenities very well and we will certainly be back.
