The impeccable apartment, great location, only use the car if you really need it, since from pharmacy to the surrounding markets it finally has everything exactly as it is described in the ad!!! I highly recommend and we will be back soon!!!

Amazing experience! Staying in Marinete's apartment was simply wonderful! The space is impeccable, extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated, making the stay cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we need, and the environment conveys peace and security. But the great differential was undoubtedly the service of Marinete! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. the pool is small but very good, we enjoy it a lot. The beach is close and the Caiçara feirinha on the corner, I found it super quiet and quiet even in the carnival. Silviah is very kind, we communicate easily before, during, and after the stay. Deixo also a compliment to the building's employees who were super helpful and polite.

I already knew the building, but Arnaldo's apartment is another level: impeccable kitchen, coffee maker and some items that it offers as kindness and make a lot of difference: coffee, sweetener, etc. Impeccable, clean, well-maintained bedding with a pet space that made me even want to have a! rs Quick communication, clear instructions and a lot of education at the contact. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Mr. Fernando is very cordial and attentive. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (caretakers) are very helpful. The beach is very close, easy access and we will definitely be back.

My words will be few to describe what we live , Cristiane one, another exceptional host, we answered with an unusual accuracy, and very clear in the accommodations and their respective guidelines according to the progress of the condominium.Qto to the apto , I only have to thank for so much comfort and organization, as it was thought of in every detail of a house as if it were ours, of such comfort I was interested in acquiring a property in the msm condominium, it does not leave to be desired to any hotel at the top, and no accommodations outside of Brazil, I always recommend and we will return with the greatest pleasure, thanks a lot to Cristiane and his collaborators who welcomed us very well thank you.

We simply loved the apt of Mrs. Alice, we went in 3 people, (myself, husband and son), huge, extremely clean and organized, wonderful view of the balcony, all the staff of the condominium super polite and helpful. I highly recommend it. Since we do not get much sunshine, we use the heated swimming pool. Mrs. Alice very attentive since the beginning of the conversation, she gave me all the necessary infs. We will definitely return more often in this apartment. Experience was wonderful. Mrs Alice, thank you 💕

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

Our stay at Claudia’s was perfect! Everything was great, the beach within a walk distance, grocery store close by. The apartment was clean and with a great view. And vary safe.The staff was friendly and kind . Claudia was very communicative and friendly. We for sure will come back when opportunity come up again.

Excellent apartment, brand new and well maintained, well equipped. The building is great, with an excellent leisure area. Great location, facing the sea, and has a supermarket and a good restaurant next door, which makes it a lot easier. And Andressa was super attentive and helpful, she provided all the guidelines in detail and gave several tips on how to enjoy the city.

ola, we only have positive points to highlight, starting with the location close to the beach that you can go on foot, both on Tombo beach and at Das Asturias, with great bakery and nearby shops. As for the apartment and exactly as in the pictures and description, house of family environment, super quiet and safe. About the hosts always responded quickly and always helpful in helping, both Denise and Edy, who was the one who greeted us onsite and passed all the house instructions, we were able to enjoy the place and all the amenities very well and we will certainly be back.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

We loved our stay at Lissa’s place. Easy walking to the beach (just cross a street), has stores and restaurants near by. The condominium is great with and impressive and very nice/friendly people working there. The apartment has an external area in front of the pool, excellent in our perspective (we could see the pool and enjoy also the cozy night lights from the internal space during the night). Good to have 02 bathrooms.

The stay was very quiet. We were well received by co-host Vinícius, who assisted us with promptness and attention, giving a lot of information about the apartment and the condominium.
