The apartment is in a safe and excellent location to reach everything Santos has to offer. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, as well as a children's area, supermarkets, and various activities. Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, hair dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

Very good accommodation, beachfront, easy access and amenities in the area. Close to restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Everything was perfect, well organized and clean. I recommend it.

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Otima location , with nearby market and bakery, the apartment is comfortable and was clean. The host was kind and answered us promptly.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

It was great hosting! Very wide apto, comfortable, clean, with all announced amenities in perfect condition. With a stunning view!! Foot on the beach!!! We enjoy a lot! Let's go back for sure!!

Great accommodation, I'm already thinking about returning another day. It accommodated 4 people and 1 child very well, located close to markets, pharmacies, very accessible, easy to get in and out.
