We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house is very cozy, we were with a lot of children the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but because the house is comfortable having a pool and projector, we even made a movie theater lol. Hosts without words, a 10, super kind, understanding. We'll definitely come back again 🙂

The house is very spacious and has all the necessary utensils. Very close to the beach and a house with a lot of security. Charline and Andrea are wonderful people! Andrea is very helpful and available from the moment the key is handed over! Would recommend!!!!!

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

I have nothing to complain about, Humberto was extremely helpful, the house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, all very well cared for and clean.

Cristina and her husband are super attentive, wonderful house, it was cold, but the house overcame this issue, heated pool, hydro in the suite, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and perfect TVs, really complete house perfect for enjoying rest, we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll definitely be back.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this house! It is beautiful, modern, spacious and very similar to the listing photos. The host, Rose, was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and was super flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made all the difference. I highly recommend paying the extra to heat the pool — it's worth every penny! An important detail: if the car is wider, you need to park sideways so that two can fit in the garage, but nothing that gets in the way. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and the noise from the construction of the building in front didn't bother us at all. The house also has a TV with several streaming options and good quality internet. We will definitely return more often!

The space is larger than it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and as advertised. The balcony is huge and provides a beautiful view, especially at dawn. The beach boardwalk is clean and has very well-kept landscaping. I felt safe walking even at times when there were fewer people around. There is a kiosk in front that offers dishes, snacks and shows at night. The music reaches the apartment, which can be a positive or negative point, depending on the guest. For us, it was fun. Unfortunately, it was a weekend after heavy rainfall and the beach water was unfit for swimming, which somewhat impaired the stay.

The host was extremely understanding and receptive, there is nothing to complain about, I intend to return as soon as possible!

Beto was very quick to respond whenever we needed to. The apartment served our stay very well. The building is well organized and the staff are very polite. The location is very easy and has plenty of shopping nearby. The beach has a great boardwalk for running and walking. Our kittens loved the view from the balcony.

It met our expectations, easy access location, close to the beach, spacious garage. I recommend it for a weekend, a quiet place, with a barbecue area. I went with my wife and we enjoyed it, and a nice touch is that it accepts small dogs. It has a TV, but it doesn't have the apps updated due to the model, we watched the local channels, but nothing that affected us.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
