Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

The apartment is perfect! Everything was impeccably clean and organized. Great condominium, it has an indoor pool, which was the difference that we LOVED! They accept pets, our puppy felt at home too! I'll be back more often!

everything perfect, fit all refurbished, bed and comfortable pillows, had filtered water. I only went to sleep, nor did I shower, but the shower looked good. 02 large rooms with a ceiling fan and well aired, quiet fan, side view of the sea, very close to the beach, excellent location. I brought linen and towel. It was also easy to get in and out of the garage. Very secure building.

My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

My family and I loved the stay, we will definitely be back more often. Charline was super attentive, helpful and Andreia also welcomed us kindly and pointed us to the nearest shops. As for the house, it is perfect, spacious, with all the kitchen utensils (it was not necessary to bring anything), impeccable barbecue area, internet working. Shops and the beach are exactly two blocks away. The only observation is regarding cars that, depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but you can leave the other on the street in front of the garage, no problem (do not leave on the sidewalk, subject to a fine). Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. For those who like quiet and quiet this condominium is ideal, because in the front of the condominium the beach is as private, with few people and without major movements. Host Ricardo was super attentive and helpful, he responded to messages as quickly as he could. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is amazing. It's worth it and when I get a new opportunity I'll come back.

I stayed with my family at the turn of the year. We liked it a lot, it really felt like we were at home. The kitchen is super modern. The air-conditioning in every room and a differential. And it's close to the beach, the car was parked, we didn't use it at all, everything was nearby. Thank you André for all your kindness, we hope to come back again and again.
