Dear guests, gentlemen!! I begin with the description, in order that I consider to be a greater degree of RELEVANCE, that is, informing you that all of you ARE VERY WELCOME to MY APARTMENT. The property in question has 2 balconies, 1 access to the kitchen(barbecue) and another access to the single room (front to the street). The building offers a calm street, and a great location(2 qdr. do mar). In its proximity there is a Restaurant, Market, Panif., Pharmacy, Sorv., Bar, Bca. de Jornal, among others.

A modern two-story building features a light gray exterior, with a small swimming pool situated on a tiled patio. Large windows provide ample natural light, and a porch area is visible, equipped with hammocks and outdoor seating. A pathway leads toward the entrance.
