Embrace simplicity in this quiet and well-located place. We are located 300m from the sand, 800m from Morro do Cristo and about 700m from the Supermarket Coat and coffee Curaçao. The condominium does not have a garage space. The kit has wi-fi, SmartTV with netflix, tap with water filter, ceiling fan, kitchen with basic utensils. Guests are required to bring bathing suits. The apartment is located on the corner of Café Curaçao! On the same block, there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, a bikini shop and a beverage distributor. In front of Curaçao is the Brasão supermarket (now with a food court and cinema!) Available in the apartment are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart that turns into a table for transporting beach items, a large cooler and a frescobol. Just arrive and enjoy!

Near the Sea! Excellent location, has everything close by, and super comfortable and tasty High-speed fiber wifi, Sky cable TV, Smart TV, Netflix. Beach chairs and umbrellas, to take by the sea. It has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) all with blackout. The pool area is fantastic with gourmet area and lounger Hotel comfort for you and your family, but coziness, privacy and quiet of a home!
