My daughter and I loved staying at Fabiano's apartment, everything was clean, with a good bed and a good shower. The condominium is also impeccable, it almost didn't make you want to go to the beach 🙈 And the location is great too, it's next to Hamblas which has great restaurants ! We loved it !

The apartment is very beautiful and the view is breathtaking. We were served very well, we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing apto, super well-equipped, organized, spacious, airy, with a beautiful view of the city. Marido highly praised the barbecue. Modern TVs, super cozy rooms, including the beds and towels. Dispunha beach chairs and guard suns. Nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, fruit tree, restaurants.Be near the beach. The host was very helpful. We served super well. Clear and transparent communication. Anyway everything perfect. Me and my family recommend it!!

We really enjoyed staying at Solange's apartment and we plan to return! Jana, who welcomed us, is a lovely person and gave us all the instructions we needed! The apartment matched the description exactly and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items,” as the listing was clear in that regard that there were none, but as a suggestion, there could be a dish towel and a floor cleaning cloth (those I forgot🤭😂). We missed having an electric kettle, but the milk jug worked. We didn't find the air conditioning control in the double room, but it wasn't necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower in the guest bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the en-suite was wonderful and with the stairs, the other was not needed at all. Great nights of sleep, great bed and pillows, dark room (I love it) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great (swimming pool is not heated).

The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

Our stay was rewarding. The place is gorgeous - a wonderful sea view. No noise beyond the sea. Close to the supermarket and restaurants. The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available
