Charming apartment on the seafront of Tramandai, with modern and cozy decor, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Very well located, close to the center, bars, restaurants, markets. The condominium is large and equipped with a central leisure area, with a multi-sports court, bocce ball court, playground, party rooms with barbecues. It has a 24-hour concierge, very safe for children, with internal rotating parking. Special Christmas and New Year's package.

Beach Front! The sunrise is wonderful! An apartment where the sea is your backyard!! Feeling of having breakfast in the middle of the ocean!! Close to everything, a 600m walk to the center where there are restaurants, bars, banks, etc. All rooms face the sea! You can prepare your barbecue while enjoying the movement on the beach, the blue sky and the entire Tramandaí coastline, as far as the eye can see.
