Fabio was super responsive, he received us and explained everything we needed, the apartment is very close to the beach and has markets, pharmacies and a nearby restaurant, I put the car in the garage and we spent the weekend walking, the square is great, super safe place, the building is super quiet, I loved the location.

The environment is quiet, cozy, clean, organized and where I felt at home and super comfortable. I stayed for my entire vacation period at the place and could have stayed longer... The welcome to pets is also a plus, as the place is safe and the animals are fine, too. I'm just waiting to return next summer!

Great house! Super complete, well equipped and super well located in the condominium! Condomio with infrastructure perfect for families and children(courts, swimming pools, children's playgrounds, lake...) It is close to the beach( about 5 blocks walking).
