A complete and private suspended cabin on the edge of Lagoa da Pinguela, in Osório, just 1h15 from Porto Alegre and 30 minutes from the beaches. The charm is due to the view of the lagoon and the mountains that surround it. The sunset is a spectacle in itself.

Very well located, close to the center, bars, restaurants, markets. The condominium is large and equipped with a central leisure area, with a multi-sports court, bocce ball court, playground, party rooms with barbecues. It has a 24-hour concierge, very safe for children, with internal rotating parking. Special Christmas and New Year's package.

Beach Front! The sunrise is wonderful! An apartment where the sea is your backyard!! Feeling of having breakfast in the middle of the ocean!! Close to everything, a 600m walk to the center where there are restaurants, bars, banks, etc. All rooms face the sea! You can prepare your barbecue while enjoying the movement on the beach, the blue sky and the entire Tramandaí coastline, as far as the eye can see.
