We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We found everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We loved the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity to the beach made our walks much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we felt very well taken care of. We certainly intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. We highly recommend this apartment for those looking for comfort, beauty and a privileged location near the beach!

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

It was all very good, the bad thing is that the weather was a little overcast, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite rough, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to Cocanha beach, arriving there, we really liked the place, I recommend it and would come back again, very clean and organized place, everything very good

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

We had a great weekend at this stay, I hope we'll be back and next time with good weather. It really is very close to the beach, it is in the condominium on Sapê beach and it was very easy to access the beach to see the sunrise and sunset with a great walk. The apartment is well organized, we just missed more pots, as there were only two pots and two frying pans. And since we got rainy days, the TV has no cable channels and the open TV signal was very bad, making it impossible to watch anything. Mr. Ademilson and Suely attended to us promptly whenever we needed them.

It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.
