House facing the sea, on the sand at Lázaro beach. The house is located in a condominium with 24-hour security. It is on the right side of Lázaro beach, closer to Domingas Dias beach. Supermarket and Pharmacy are 4 min by car or 15 min on foot. The house is composed of two parts. The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry.

All our chalets are private, with a bathroom, full kitchen, Smart TV and 300mb Wi-Fi, allowing you to work if needed. We also have a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and a private balcony overlooking the mountains. Overall, the cottage is simple but cozy, ideal for those looking for a quiet place near the beach and surrounded by nature, without much luxury and with great cost-benefit.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).

The house is on Praia da Fortaleza, facing the sea, on the sand, on a very large plot, surrounded by lots of greenery, trees and lots of privacy in a beautiful, high-end house with every comfort.
