The host was excellent. The site was exactly as advertised, and we had some minor issues with some equipment on the first day, but the host was committed and was able to resolve everything quickly. Instead of becoming a negative experience, it actually became positive as proactivity made all the difference. As for the site, it has access to a small beach that is "almost exclusive", which is excellent. The porters are extremely friendly and in the house we do not miss any utensils, making the accommodation complete. Local easy to find and relatively close to supermarkets, pharmacies, beaches and restaurants, I recommend the place for anyone interested!

Me and my family were staying from 03/19 to 03/24. We love the stay, everything perfect! Excellent apto with a beautiful sea view. It exceeded our expectations, the very helpful host. We'll definitely be back soon!

Great apartment, as described and photos posted. I was impressed with the whim and care in the furniture and decoration, we found everything very clean and organized. Hosts always responded to messages right away. The view to the sea is impressive. We will return for sure.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Eliana's place is as advertised. The house is spacious, well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. The room is large and well decorated. The pool and the BBQ area are excellent! Very pleasant environment. We will come back more often. Communication with both Thiago qto and Eliana always very fast, they respond promptly.

José from the beginning was very attentive, we arrived at the house we were greeted by a delicious cake and wonderful fruits, He had a special fondness with my mother-in-law who was her birthday and he brought some good Diet ( because she's diabetic) until he was considerate. We felt at home , we had a problem with the shower and at the same time it came to solve . Township bringing with him an Italian bread for us to have with wine🍷. The house has a beautiful view, sleeping with the waves breaking in the stones that delight of sound . It's definitely a place I'll be back soon . Sylvia always helpful and responded quickly, was very flexible with us at the checkin and has a wonderful checkout tbm at 8:00 pm. The house surpassed everything I saw in the photos, all the mobile equipment is all quality. Bed linens and impeccable baths. Congratulations Sylvia is I hope to come back more often! The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment and the condominium in which it is located are excellent! The lake view is beautiful, the sunrise and sunset are delicious, we see stars at night on the balcony... It is close to beautiful beaches and markets (on foot it takes a while, but by car it is quick). The apartment is spacious: we were a family with four children and were very well accommodated. The condominium is spacious and the pool, playground and courts were well used.
