Everything is great. Close to everything, especially the beach. Great for those who want to rest. The Maranduba River passes less than 200 meters from the house.

André's property is splendid. We felt at home, with an amazing view, a beautiful beach, a neighborhood with all the amenities. Mrs. Alice was a chapter apart, a dear, attentive, patient and kind woman. Andre was extremely kind and helped us with everything we needed. We just just left and we want to go back.

WONDERFUL view, better than you can see from the ad! My husband and I were lucky to arrive with a rainbow in the sky, and we could see the full moon rising every day in the sea, as well as the sun, in the comfort of the chalet! The garden is very beautiful and well-preserved, with many colorful birds, a very safe condominium, close to a practically deserted beach, very quiet. You can reach it through a small trail inside the condominium. In addition, the cottage was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a very well-equipped kitchen... Everything was PERFECT!
