There are 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) 4 bathrooms, a half bath, air-conditioning in all rooms (including common areas), a barbecue pit, a fireplace, and a garage for 2 cars. A large internal patio with a garden and swimming pool where you can truly enjoy the outdoors. We have over 15 years of rental experience. Everyone is welcome here.

Beautiful house, modern and cozy. Equipped kitchen including large brewery and charcoal barbecue pit. All rooms with air conditioning, smartv and motorized shutters. Spa heated on a large deck in front of the house. Located 150 meters from Jurerê Open shopping mall and 200 meters from the beach, in the direction of the Beach Tennis courts. We offer daily housekeeping with the possibility of hiring extra services such as breakfast, lunch, shopping….
