Vacation rentals with a home theater in Praia de Garatucaia

It was last minute and Pablo answered me immediately. Air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, bedding is great and the shower has a lot of pressure and hot/cold water. The kitchen has several utensils (Air Fryer, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, electric oven, cooktop) that make it very easy for anyone who wants to cook or even barbecue on the balcony overlooking the sea. It was 04 wonderful sunny days!

Julia and Samuel were super helpful and attentive the whole time, the apartment was extremely clean and is very well equipped and comfortable, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The view is spectacular and the resort is full of activities, I highly recommend it for those who want to take a few days off in Porto Real

We checked in with very flexible hours both on arrival and departure. The house was super clean, well ventilated, we had everything we needed to spend 1 week as booked. The condominium has many options to enjoy, swimming pool, sauna, hydro, the beach that, in addition to the waves being a little strong (I do not recommend it for children), but you have the option of the natural pool next door for those who do not like a lot of strong waves from the sea. Regarding the accommodation, everything was 100% and the condominium requires you to be in good physical shape, as there are a lot of hills, a sedentary person like me gets out of breath. But I highly recommend Carlos's accommodation. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We loved our stay! The host, Washington, was very attentive and welcomed us with a wonderful afternoon coffee! He always texted us to see if we needed anything. The apartment is perfect: clean, organized and had everything we needed. And it's very close to the condominium's beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful! We intend to return in the future. We really enjoyed it!

Wonderful experience!!!! I recommend it without a doubt! From the first contact with Carlos and throughout the entirety of the stay. Sandra, who received us, is a sweetheart and so kind! Extremely comfortable house, beds are also very clean and organized, the location is excellent, there is everything near the house, restaurants, pharmacy and other shops within the condominium itself, making everything easy for us. The girls who helped us with our daily chores were always very kind. Sandra's cake is the best my husband and I have ever eaten! She was always willing to please, made a cake for our family and practically set up a birthday party for my husband! I have no words to thank such kindness and care. We'll be back for sure!

Leonardo was extremely kind and helpful to me and my friends! The house is amazing, close to the supermarket, bus terminal and pier (we took a speedboat ride to Ilha Grande, which was also amazing!). The house is extremely comfortable, has everything and welcomed me and my friends very well, we felt at home the whole time. The rooms are very cozy, we only had a problem with the air conditioning in one of them, but nothing that hindered our amazing stay. The third floor was our favorite place, a huge and super cozy sofa to watch movies and series and the game room and outdoor area were very good! We had a problem with the gas, but Leonardo solved it right away (even though it was already quite late at night). We'll definitely be back! Rent without fear

The house is very practical in its outdoor area. Pool and barbecue grill nearby. Very well stocked with domestic utensils. The dormitories, in addition to being spacious, are extremely clean. Towels and quality kitchen linens provided. Fast internet, cable TV working great. The hospitality at the check in made us much more at ease. We plan to return!

André since Check-in was always present and provided all necessary information. The house is very nice with an amazing view. Both the Accommodations and the Barbecue area offer all the conditions to make the most of the Pass in Conceição de Jacareí . I'm already in the mood to go back . We enjoyed a lot of the Feriadão de Semana Santa/Tiradentes , we went from Van and the Group was very pleased . Thank you very much André and until a next opportunity if God will permit

It is not in the center of Angras it is 35 km away as it says in the description . The GPS of the app q puts there in the center. But the best beaches and with privacy and nearby , it is recommended to come by car . More give to go on 3 beaches on foot, if you do not like to walk there is the brava beach give to take the “L20 mambucaba” bus where you leave in front of the beach and have a market and pharmacy. The place is cozy and complete and clean. And the very attentive and friendly host made the experience more practical and enjoyable.

We have no words to describe how perfect the stay was, from extremely fast and courteous communication, a house with EVERYTHING you can think of needing, impeccable cleanliness, accuracy of description and photos, a new and modern house, super fast internet, to the wonderful area in the back of the house that, in addition to having an incredible view and nature, has a river, which depending on the tide, for us worked super well in 2 days of sightseeing, it allows the speedboat to pick us up and take us back to the house for beautiful tours on the islands of Angra and surroundings! Another point that deserves a lot of emphasis is that the house is pet friendly, we took our 2 bulldogs, we felt super comfortable and they loved the house and the whole tour, in addition to the snacks they received as a gift when they arrived at the house! In short, it was the best airbnb stay of all of us who travel, simply magnificent! We can only thank and congratulate Bruno for the incredible experience and we will certainly be back!!!!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — very comfortable, quiet and impeccably clean. Every detail of the house was designed to provide an amazing experience for everyone. The kitchen is hyper-complete. We had a wonderful fondue on the balcony with the stunning sea and mountain view that the house has!Smelly and cuddly bed linen. We slept very well and comfortably. The condo is wonderful. Despite the bad weather, we managed to make the most of it, as it has the structure for it. The water at the beach is crystal clear and very warm. It was with many starfish and little fish, which made everything more special. We used both saunas and relaxed in the hot tubs, went to the movies and the gym. The restaurants have delicious and cheap food. The host was attentive, helpful and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

Location very well located, the condominium has an excellent infrastructure, the Marina in the condominium provides you with walks on the pier of the Marina. The ap has an amazing view, great for a breakfast. I loved the place I will definitely be back.

Great apartment, exactly as pictured. Excellent location, inside the Porto Real condominium. The apartment was very clean and with clothes and bed and bath. The kitchen is all equipped with soft drinking fountain, microwave, stove, fridge and full kitchen items such as pots, glasses and silverware. The apartment is large and has two bedrooms with a double bed and one is a suite. The shower is great and with gas heating. The rooms are air-conditioned and in the living room there is a fan. Marcus was super requested every time I had to consult him. The condominio has an excellent infrastructure.

Oveillon was MARAVILHOSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, had fireworks, show on the beach etc..... thanks to Caio, of course!!!!!!!!!!!! My family loved the penthouse at the Porto Real resort, it was a week of happiness, jokes, walks , tanning, etc...... I recommend to anyone who wants to rest and have fun at the same time, everything was wonderful, from the arrival to our departure. Caio, thank you so much for everything and we will definitely return in a brief opportunity. Great 2025 with lots of health, achievements etc.....
