Vacation rentals with a pool in Praia de Garatucaia

Excellent the house. All the very good rooms. All with sweeping and sea view. Clean Bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. The view of the room is a spectacle. Breakfasts are amazing. The aquarium is also a show apart. A great common area. Always clean pool. There we rent jet ski to spend the day. Supermercado and pharmacy. The diarista is super solicitous. Anyway.. everything was great!

This is the second time staying at the house and the truth is that the house, the location and the people who work at the house are excellent. The food and cleaning service was perfect. Katiane, the cook, is extremely friendly and nice, and all the food they make is very good. The house is in a privileged location and few houses have a private beach. Overall, it's a beautiful house to always come back to.

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

I recommend the accommodation of Jayme, I love the beach of Garatucaia, the house is close to the beach, the condominium is a tranquillity and security. Jayme and his friendly and caring wives will return.

Impeccable house, well-structured, beautiful view and the beach 3min walking! Me and my family had a great time and had all the support of the homemakers and the host Madu. 10/10

Sonia was a great host and very responsive. There is also a great housekeeper who you can book separately to clean and cook for as many days as you want. The villa is lovely. Without a car it is limited what you can do in the area, there is a waterfall that you can walk to and good restaurants at Hotel Fassano which you can also walk to. The local shop has basics such as bread and water but no fresh fruit and vegetables. However the housekeeper will go to the supermarket for you if you provide a list and a credit card to pay. She was very reliable and trustworthy. We went on a great boat trip and a trip to Paraty whilst we were there through tour companies. On our last day we saw toucans in the garden!

It was four wonderful days, we celebrated my son's birthday. Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful and has everything, we didn't want for anything. It was so perfect that we already rented it for my daughter's birthday too. The pool is great... I have stayed in several houses and lofts in this condominium, but for this house the rating is the maximum. I recommend it We're waiting for the return.

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

The condominium has a lot to do, but there is a lack of attention on the issue of light, it rained a little bit the light is over. Stripping this detail was all very nice.

I loved the space , everything organized, appliance and new furniture, apartment identical to the photos . The very kind , polite , friendly and patient host. The whole air-conditioned apartment,all well organized . They were quiet days… even though it was a carnival week… we were able to rest and escape the excitement because the condominium offers activities for all tastes . Hope to be back soon !!!

It was amazing to spend those days in Porto Real at Alda apt. Condiz with everything on the listing posted and the apartment is impeccable. I hope I can come back more often and it has a wonderful view, outside the service and care that Alda has with its guests. Super recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found the apto great! About the location, I particularly did not like it, because everywhere we need to go we have to take BR 😅 The condominium beach is not good, and the beaches of Angra (on the surface) are very far from the apartment and have no structure.

I spent the last 5 days at this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and Jailson was in contact with us all the time to find out if we needed anything, always attentive to us. About the accommodation, I can say that we spent unforgettable days, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean, comfortable and an incredible view. We took advantage of all the amenities offered, access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I didn't need to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. Congratulations Jailson, and we will definitely be back!!!
