Great house, good location, with a very beautiful beach, practically on the sand. We were very surprised. Not to mention that the hostess Adalgisa, she wrote to us very well, and without giving us the greatest attention, we can only thank her for her hospitality.

It really is fantastic, pleasant atmosphere, tranquil super comfortable. Maximum grade in all respects…. It was worth it, whoever will want to return for sure!!

We had a beautiful stay where as a couple we could enjoy the spectacular house and the quiet and very nice surroundings with many attractions nearby. The place is as spectacular as the description and was spotless, it has everything you need to enjoy and rest.

Monica is a super host, friendly, nice and very attentive. The house is beautiful, with very original decoration and very good taste. The view is impressive, you can see the entire Bay and since it is not a very busy area there is absolute silence and tranquility. You can hear the birds and other bugs of the natural Brazilian forest. Hopefully we can go back soon

The house is perfect, super well equipped and amazing location. The house is in a very quiet area, supermarket and restaurants nearby, easy to get around. The Japanese restaurant next door is excellent. The view is indescribable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, Sandro was very helpful and attentive. I recommend it 100%.

Fantastic location in Ribeirao da Ilha. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the privacy of the deck with a view over the bay was spectacular - especially from the pool or hot tub. Rancho Acoriano was hands down the best restaurant of the many options; you can miss it! Renato the owner was fantastic to work with; thank you for an unforgettable week!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

There were seven days of extreme peace and tranquility in this house, which by the way is a great house, spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy, a beautiful swimming pool and kayaks were part of the fun, balcony, living room and kitchen with a spectacular view of the bay of Florianópolis. João Gustavo and his collaborators made a difference, in short, it was very worth having chosen this property, congratulations.

Very good house, with a lot of convenience for the 4 couples! You can welcome many more people! Little away from the beach, but you can easily get there! Host and responsible for the very attentive home!

The place was beautiful, with a spacious house and a lovely garden—perfect for families traveling with kids. It looked very similar to the photos provided. The beach in front feels more like a lake. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available, though the shoreline is a bit muddy, which makes getting in and out of the water slightly tricky. Other than that, the area is spectacular, with stunning sunsets. This part of the beach is quite private and peaceful, as it’s mostly used by local fishermen. Before arriving, we were concerned about mosquitoes and a potential odor from the "still water" in front. However, we hardly saw any mosquitoes, and there was absolutely no smell as the shore changes so much that the water is never actually still. Beatriz and Gabriel were amazing hosts—extremely friendly and always available when needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!

Zé is a great host and the house is incredible. In less than a minute, you are at the beach and there are restaurants in the area where you can eat great food for a reasonable price.

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything that is in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very responsive and agile. Highly recommended! And I hope to return.

An excellent option for those seeking a “home sweet home” home near a quiet beach amidst trails, lagoon, and nature. Exceptional cost-benefit ratio, as the rooms are wide, some built with affection by the hosts, who in turn are very kind and helpful. Access to services such as markets, bakeries and pharmacies is easy, which requires a 15-minute walk, or a 3-minute drive. As it is between Campeche and Joaquina, also close to Lagoa da Conceição, it is a great location for vegetarians or vegans, as there are excellent options for restaurants, bakery and vegan snacks nearby.

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, just like the photos, even better. Everything is very clean, tidy and homey. Nothing was missing in the house, it had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious, the beach is right at the foot of the house. Friendly neighbors, capybaras in sight every day. Nature everywhere. 100% recommended place, my family and I want to repeat the stay, especially for Rosana's service, very attentive, friendly, available 24 hours.

We had a very good experience in the house, the view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and the terrain too, the surroundings are beautiful and it's great for relaxing, it was our first experience renting an airbnb and we really liked the place. We had some negative points in the matter of cleaning and maintenance, they were ready to resolve. Communication with her was easy and she gave a lot of assistance. It would return again, but it is important to pay more attention to the process made at the home before check-in.
