The house is great and the hosts are very welcoming, we stayed for a weekend and it was worth it.

Very good location. Steps to the beach and the Open where there are shops to eat. To get to the supermarket you have to walk a little more or take a cheap Uber. The house is very nice and in good condition. It's just like the photos. Very nice spaces. Very good space to socialize. Lots of pieces. Clean. Except for some details that have already been discussed to improve. The hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. They were very flexible with check-in and checkout. They let us check in early and check out late. The gas ran out but they responded immediately and replaced it immediately.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything that is in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very responsive and agile. Highly recommended! And I hope to return.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

Great accommodation! The house is amazing, super cozy, clean, illuminated, amazing energy! For the more limited, it is worth remembering that the house is on a steep slope, which on rainy days cars cannot climb, but it is only 5 minutes walking, it is not a big deal. The hike is super worthwhile as soon as you enter the listing. Carol is super communicative, always responding quickly giving all the support possible. Super would come back!

Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

Awesome spot. It’s actually close in to everything. You can walk to stores and even beach (beach maybe 20-30 min walk) . Really really really cool little spot. In middle of city but feels like in middle of nature/jungke

We came as 4 couples to do the Floripa Ironman...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location. Eleonara, weeks before, had already sent the house "manual" and was always available. Andrea, who takes care of the house, is the best!! She is nice, caring and very friendly. the trip was perfect.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. We were very welcome by the host José Fernando. The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. The rooms are functional and the patio is quite wide. The heated pool and pool table make a difference. With regard to the site, the street is quiet and the surroundings are beautiful. From to go walking to the beach. Great place to relax as a family.

We were more than satisfied with the accommodation! The house is super comfortable, spacious and the view is unbeatable! The hosts are super friendly and helpful! The contact with nature is spectacular not only because of the view of the beach, but when the house is in a morro, literally surrounded by vegetation, animals such as monkeys come down and coat to eat fruit that David leaves them every day! Certainly a beautiful experience where you look..
