We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

Perfect house, we went with the family and we felt at home! Fully clean, organized house, clean bed linen, towels too! Uncleaned Pool, not to mention all household items and even appliances! We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! Thank you very much dear Fabiano, we hope to be back soon!!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The accommodation has excellent kitchen equipment (utensils and appliances of all kinds, coffee and mineral water, among others), beach chairs and umbrella, and a complete barbecue. The dedication to making guests feel very comfortable is evident. We highly recommend it.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre. Gustavo was very attentive and helpful, as was Marcia, who received us.

Excellent accommodation, I stayed in a large space for one person but it could fit about 3 people. I was well taken care of, in the region I didn't see things to do without a car, I made my trip with an average Uber of 11 to 14 reais to the center of Florianópolis very fast. There are buses that leave from platform c of the ticen terminal but it takes 40 minutes... so it's not worth it if you want to enjoy the city, time is worth gold.

The place is perfect for those looking for rest and tranquility. Close to the beach and nature, extremely quiet and safe. The yard is huge, totally enclosed and safe for those with pets and children. Rafael was very kind and attentive, always willing to meet our needs. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet place.

I had been in love with this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that in person it is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I have ever stayed in peacefully It makes you not want to leave, we went shopping and spent 4 full days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you're thinking about making this investment in your life: do it! You won't regret it, the sound of the water is addictive The caretaker Gilberto is super helpful, there was a day when he even swept the beach for us, nothing but praise, I'll be back more often.
