The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. It was very clean and neat. The place is super quiet with a small square on the front. The neighborhood is super quiet and Camboinhas beach is a short walk away. Great for a rest and enjoy a beach with peace of mind. At a distance of 5-10 min by car there are many supermarkets, restaurants and the Itaipu Multicenter. Carla gave all the information and answered questions quickly and carefully. I hope to return at a next opportunity.

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

The apartment has a spectacular view of the sea, better than in the photos. In spite of the rainy weekend, we were able to enjoy the waterfront and the surroundings, with good restaurants, a shopping mall in the neighborhood and a mall nearby. The apartment has everything needed for a quiet and comfortable stay, very spacious, a huge balcony, with plenty of comfortable kitchen, bed and bed and smart TV. Fabiana offered full support, responded quickly, and the listing is true to what it offers. The condominium has good facilities and a restaurant I used for the self service lunch, with a fair and reasonable pound value. Car spaces are not marked, but there are many, it is quite quiet to park. I hope to return soon.
