Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

I had a great time staying with Igor. He responds quickly via messanger and I coukd drop my bag early and check out little later. The place was relatively quiet and I had a goid sleep. Mattress is little hard for my taste but everyone is different. As you have a private entrance you can enjoy privacy. Igirs place is not luxurious but it met my expectations.

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

What a wonderful space! Especially for going with a child! The place invites you to play! Everything is clean, well equipped. We didn't miss anything... We don't usually go back to the same places on Airbnb, but we're planning to return to this house on vacation, as it's perfect for kids! The only suggestion would be to have more rooms and a bigger TV (for grandmothers who like to watch soap operas, because the children didn't even want to know about TV)! Congratulations, Vinícius! The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region.
