The house was very clean and cozy! It met all my family's expectations. The beach is very good and the condominium pool is very clean! I really liked it and with certainty I recommend it!!!!!

The place is in a very simple neighborhood but very close to the shops and 10min of the main stalls, the attraction of the house is the outdoor area, the swimming pool and wonderful, BBQ area, TV to play music. The housekeeper is always available to help.

we did a family tour was wonderful, the Jeane was super friendly and still left a little souvenir for our arrival. We will definitely return.

i spent little time but the host is ready, and the location matches the price I just thought you need to improve with cooking utensils and cleaning!

The accommodation was good, I only recommend it if Mrs. Josete continues to rent out her property, that she invest in installing air conditioning in the other room, as the heat is unbearable now in the summer, and she may even charge more in the daily rate for the resistance.

Great house, spacious, airy rooms with air-conditioning. Private pool with daily cleaning. It only falls short in some furniture and appliances that are in need of repair, maintenance or replacement. But other than that, a great stay and excellent cost benefit.

Host was extremely flexible with our checkin schedule, and that was my motivation to close with her, because I had seen comments saying that she had been flexible with other people, and as I was going to arrive earlier I asked him and she promptly answered me, the apartment is super comfortable, we felt at home, had everything we needed. There is a pharmacy and a grocery store two blocks to the right side, leaving this comment because I only found out on the penultimate day, so we had to go much further than we needed. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Lucia was always very kind and responded quickly whenever I spoke to her. I hope to return more often.

Local met the need and accommodated my family well. We were in 5 people and the spaces are dynamic and practical. Host Marjorie was always on standby for support if needed.

The apartment was extremely clean, organized and with the availability of several basic features and for family comfort: good showers, coffee maker, good quality washing machine, air conditioning, household items,etc. Some features surprised me, there were even bushings for washing closed dishes, salt, ready seasoning and Aqua purifier. Marcio served very well and was gentle and flexible with us. The condominium has a swimming pool, gym and game room and is well organized.
