Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia de Atalaia

I stayed at Juciene's place for several days and the stay was very enjoyable. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The swimming pool is definitely a plus for relaxing during the day and there is also a mini-market in the condominium. Juciene was a perfect host, very communicative and helpful, including looking for solutions to problems I needed. I recommend the stay

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is even better than in the photos: very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions, restaurants and public transportation. The hosts were extremely attentive, always available to help and with great local tips. Very convenient accommodation for an arrival at the airport because it is accessible on foot in 10 minutes and even at night (we arrived around 3 a.m.) because there is a caretaker. Accommodation quite functional but very simple and sufficient to spend a night... the pool is a pleasant plus. A little customization and additional equipment would be appreciated to make it warmer but it was very good for the use we had because we only spent 2 nights there

The apartment is close to a supermarket and a home shopping mall, with a food court. The condo security staff was friendly and provided assistance with information. The main tourist attractions are accessible by car or rental vehicle. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our stay in Aracaju was even more special thanks to this amazing house! The location is excellent, very close to the waterfront, which made our tours very easy. The house was super clean and organized, with a very cozy space that made us feel right at home. The outdoor area is a separate charm, perfect for relaxing in the hammock on the balcony after the tours. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, which made us very comfortable throughout the stay. Host Priscila was wonderful, super attentive and helpful from the start. Roque is a spectacular host, a dear, an extremely nice and intelligent person. The house is another spectacle apart with a wonderful decoration, super clean, large yard both in the front and in the back, very well maintained with barbecue and shower. The 2 bedrooms have air-conditioning, in the living room and in the master bedroom there is cable TV with many channels available. The location is perfect in an excellent neighborhood, in the middle of the city and 2 blocks from the beach, close to everything, pharmacies, markets and etc. Anyway, I recommend Roque's accommodation without a doubt.

Quiet Neighborhood, about 10 min drive to watchman's edge, nearby markets. I really enjoyed the stadia.

We host myself, my husband and my son, and we just love the stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: cozy, clean and super complete. Luís was extremely attentive and always responded very quickly. The location is also excellent, in the evening we did everything by foot, by train or even by scooter, which are scattered around Atalaia. We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
