Hostão Rafael is very attentive and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and it was very clean and with no sign of mold (which is important to me because I am allergic). We like it very much and hope to come back again.

Already it is the second time I have rented the space of Marcos. The apartment is cozy, clean and organized, and has everything I need. The condominium is secure, and the employees are very educated. The region is safe and monitored, for me it is the best region of Guarujá! I intend to rent many times the space of Marcos.
