Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Praia da Rocha

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

We spent 5 nights in Mariana's cottage and felt very comfortable there. A small oasis of calm. We were able to make good use of the outdoor lighting, especially the pool. There were enough different areas. The private terrace on the first floor was lovely and private. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We'd come back.

Carmo's place was in a superb location in Lagos -walking distance to everything. you will not be dissapointed as teh images of the property do not lie- its exactly as it looks. Communication was great, if we came back to Lagos we would stay again for sure. Thanks, Lloyd

The location of the house is amazing: a few meters from the beach, in a soothing setting. Ideal base for the most beautiful walks in the area along the coast. The house is tastefully decorated and quality materials. It is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a dream stay (impeccable house base, equipped kitchen, bbq, beach towels, etc.) . Stephanie has thought of everything! This home is a perfect beachfront home, but also turns into a soft and warm cocoon thanks to the wood burning stove when the weather is less mild. Stephanie is a perfect host, attentive and always available. Thanks again for everything! Last point: you will find in front of the house 2 delicious restaurants offering amazing grilled fish! It was a dream stay! We leave this house with memories in our heads and we hope to come back soon!

We stayed with friends for 1 week in Lara's place and felt comfortable from the beginning. The house was super clean. Lara was always easily accessible. The furnishings are very modern and the pool has sun all day! The house absolutely met our expectations. A small downside from our side: The house sits on a busy, noisy country road in a residential area under construction. You have to expect construction noise. Thanks very much, Lara!! Had a great time!

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mónica and Carlo’s place! We were so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There was so much to do within a few minutes walk. The house was even better than the pictures and Monica and Carlo’s reached out throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, great house and hosts. Would love to come back again!

I stayed at Maria's apartment for 2 months, and it was the perfect space to live in whilst I was working in Praia da Rocha, being so close to the beach. I never had any issues with Wi-Fi or any other amenities and Filipa was always quick to respond to any messages. Thank you for being an amazing host :)

Everything is impeccable, I recommend it. 5 min walk to the beach.

We had a great stay in Miguel and Margarida's apartment. The location is great, beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment has good soundproofing, therefore peaceful. Miguel and Margarida were fantastic hosts with hassle free communication and clear check in instructions. Highly recommended!

The perfect location in an amazing part of Portugal. Jose’s place was spotless and perfectly located. He was very responsive anytime we needed to reach out and was so helpful with digging things to see and places to eat. Do not hesitate to book with Jose it was a wonderful experience and we’ll DEFINITELY be back!

we had a wonderful time, the beach is just across the road. There was chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach too. we wanted for nothing, everything you could possibl6need was there, from lunch boxes for a picnic to a sewing kit. We would definitely recommend it

Bruno’s place was exactly what was advertised. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Europe and 10 minutes to city center. Perfect for my family and our short trip to Lagos. Bruno communicated daily and gave some tips about what to do in Lagos. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Ana’s place felt like a home away from home, we absolutely fell in love with it! The view from the balcony is just unbeatable, even on a cloudy day we enjoyed spending the day there. You have all the amenities you could need for a few days, and the apartment was just spotless! Communication was easy both with Ana and Joao, they were really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the place, and would definitely book again!

I completely endorse the comments that other guests have made. Ingmar’s apartment is a complete home with everything anyone would need for a relaxing stay & offers value & quality. The location is excellent, a hire car is not really necessary as there are bus stops just metres away for trips to the east & west Algarve. For those who like walking the location is perfect for ambles along the coastline & to beautiful beaches. Alvor with its varied restaurants, fantastic beaches & long boardwalk is a must visit. The 3 brothers beach & its restaurants, Sol & Sombre & Canico offer excellent food & a lovely place to swim & sunbath especially if you have children. A day spent there followed by a walk back to Ingmar’s apartment makes for an enjoyable day & a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. For those who like a lively nightlife head to Roche. Ingmar is a up there with the best super hosts.

Beautiful apartment, super comfortable with lots of extra homely touches and amenities. The food and drink welcome pack was most appreciated. Casa Surf Love is situated in an ideal location for both walking in to the centre of Alvor and going to the beach. It was a charming place to stay. It was big for two people and we felt right at home. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! This place is a hidden gem in Lagos. The pool is excellent and peaceful. The restaurant in the pool area is excellent. Jose the owner is awesome. Good food too. Recommend!!!
