Excellent studio apartment (open loft) with a wonderful view. Situated in a gated condominium with 2 swimming pools, covered parking and a new private gym. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, located in a very quiet area of the city. All convenience stores are nearby. The apartment consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a large balcony. It has fast Wi-Fi, great for remote work.

The building is located on the first line of Praia da Rocha, one step away from the vast beach. On this avenue you can find all the amenities without taking the car from the park, such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, nightlife, casino. The apartment is on the 11th floor, which provides a fantastic view of the beach and avoids any street noise. It is a few minutes from the center of Portimão.
