Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

Amazing front seaview from a 9th floor with easy parking, on a quiet location but close to restaurants with high quality local food, shops, bars, pubs and other several activities (water sports, parks or golf) 40m drive from Faro airport with several options of transfer to Portimao.

Two glasses of white wine are held up to toast, with an ocean view visible beyond. A small bouquet of greenery is placed on a table, while the warm light from the sunset enhances the scene through a large window.

Quiet neighborhood with very light traffic, palm trees, nicely gardened areas and lots of parking. The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 10 minute drive. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).
