The house is really like the description, wonderful outdoor area, indoor accommodation as well. The bad thing was having to leave. Marcello is very kind and helpful. We love it! We're already looking at a new date to come back. 🩷

We had a fantastic time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, barbecues, spacious and very comfortable. Close to downtown Arraial and very safe because it is a gated community. Heloise was very attentive in the preparations for the trip, our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and we will surely return another year.

The stay was excellent, one of the best experiences to date . Marcelo was very requested and we always answered we had any questions. We will return whenever we have the opportunity! I recommend the experience!

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

The house is wonderful, very cozy, Daniel is super nice, Barreiro is in a good location, close to all the beaches, I loved it, I will return, yes, I will stay at the house again, and I highly recommend it, it's very worthwhile... The check was smooth, the place faces a very nice lagoon and is a few minutes' walk from a quiet and beautiful beach (Praia Grande). It is 15 minutes from Arraial do Cabo, where we find shops and services, including tourism agencies. The accommodation is comfortable and has essential items. It is on the ground floor next to the pool, where members/residents frequent a lot and there is loud noise from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. approximately (which can cause some discomfort due to the sound and noise of children), so it is ideal for families with children.

Super quiet and safe place. Perfectly equipped apartment. Excellent for children. We would definitely come back.
