Peaceful quite place, tidy and well maintained building. Near public transportation to everywhere. Mr. Juan is always responsive. Ideal for long stays.

It's a nice place to stay, the security staff who attended to us were very friendly. The location is strategic if you need to be close to the UdeA and other central institutions in Medellín. The parking lot is useful for those of us who travel by car. I recommend the place to stay 100%

Hosts were nice and communicative. Apartment is big and nice with a beautiful view. 24 hour security guard and close to grocery store and tons of great value food. Walking distance from metro station and tourist attractions in the centro. One thing to note: the neighborhood it is located in is full of homeless people that beg a lot. It isn’t the safest place at night, but if you uber to the front door if you show up late you’ll be fine. Other than that the location is nice and central.
