Vacation rentals with a patio in Powell River

Sandra was delightful, friendly, and very personable. She had great recommendations for local spots based on our itinerary for the day, and gave us lots of local tips. Her place felt safe, and she had lots of thoughtful touches like snacks, drinks, books, and good shampoos and soaps! I would stay there again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Jane's! The suite was exactly as in the photos, with loads of room and a very welcome and warm fireplace. We had a great view of the water, and deer grazing in the yard in the evenings. I've never seen a suite so well supplied, with everything from dog bowls to shaving gel! With Seal Bay Park practically right next door, you'd never run out of options for really tranquil and beautiful nature walks. It was very quiet, and we really enjoyed our time there. High recommendations from us!

The place felt right at home! Location is private and silent with friendly neighbors around. If you ride a bike, ski or simply love the nature - you will always have things to do around! We loved the place: it was modern, had all the listed amenities and pristine clean! Kelly is an amazing host! She was super friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience as cozy as you can ever imagine! This place definitely goes to our recommendation list as a true Cumberland gem!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more!!! We didn’t want to leave, in fact my little girl cried when we were packing as she was sad to be leaving. The condo was perfect and we felt instantly comfortable. Everything felt brand new and worked perfectly, there was lots of little touches which made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautifully designed space, with lots of storage, stunning ocean views (we could hear the seals playing from our bedroom)! If six stars was a choice I would have selected six! Thank you Kelly.

Cornelia was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The ocean views were fantastic in every room. The building was very modern, clean, and homely. We had a wonderful time staying with Cornelia and could not recommend their property enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation Cornelia!

We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s place! We booked for two nights with our two kids, primarily for the convenience of skiing at Mount Washington and it was the perfect spot for our needs. The space, while petite, was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The hot standup shower was a treat after a long day on the slopes, and the helpful notes around the unit made it easy to navigate everything. We also really enjoyed the Nespresso machine - such a nice touch for starting our mornings! Though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the river or outdoor surroundings this time, we’d love to come back and explore more. The access to laundry was a huge plus and Angela’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Had a fantastic stay at Melissa's! Nice, quiet and cozy. Easy to access. The mini kitchen was well set up with everything we needed. Comfortable space for my fiancée and young daughter for 2 nights. Melissa was helpful with questions about the surrounding area and was easy to get ahold of. Would recommend!

LOVED our stay here...beautiful space, extremely comfortable and clean. Linens, soaps, and kitchen supplies were exceptional. The view and location were beyond our expectations. So very peaceful and serene. Regan and her husband were so helpful....lots of local recommendations and information. Just a treat to stay here.

Enjoyed our stay at this duplex. It was very comfortable, quiet and everything seemed to be in good working order. Kitchen was well equipped for us. They had a cute back yard. It was perfect for us as it was close to our friend’s place. A few blocks away is a nice nature walk along the river.

Jennifer's house was perfect for us! The house is really cozy, beautiful outdoor spaces, quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of the mountains from the back deck. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was replete with good cookware! Jennifer was was very responsive and communicated really well. I'd highly recommend her home to anybody considering a visit to this lovely part of the island

We had a great time staying at Sandra and Rebecca's place! It's so nice to stay at an Airbnb that still puts in the thoughtful extras - they have considered EVERYTHING! Zero complaints. Wonderful hosts.

Great location close to the park, very quiet. The home was very cosy, beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and check in was very easy.

Lauren’s house was spacious, comfortable and clean, and made a great base for a ski trip for our family of four.

The location can't be beat! At high tide the birds and seals are so close, it is almost like being on a boat...without the rocking! While the location is the most outstanding feature of this B&B, that is not to say everything else wasn't great too, it was. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

We had a great time at Mischa's place. We loved watching the seals from the windows and the back porch. There were lovely beach views as outlined in the listing. The binoculars in the unit definitely come in handy watching sea life. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Mischa and Svein were easy to connect with and were kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful week! Fantastic deck furniture, bbq and outdoor space with wonderful view. Great setup with two ensuite bedrooms and full kitchen. Perfect location with access to Campbell River, Comox and surrounding areas. Hosts were absolutely perfect communicators, proactive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

An amazingly response host with clear instructions. Was enormously helpful when our plans changed and we had to bring along the family dog at the last minute. (A huge relief.) The view is wonderful, and we stepped out the sliding door to the beach where there was varied wildlife due to a herring spawn. Only challenge we encountered were the thin ceilings, so we heard the upstairs residents quite clearly.

Very nice and clean place. Comfy beds, nice kitchen and living room area, and great amenities. There were yummy snacks in the kitchen, lots of Keurig coffee options, and all the necessary bathroom amenities. Super nice touches from the host. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
