We stayed 1 week in the accommodation and felt at home immediately after arrival, everything necessary available, everything very clean!). The beds - important for us best-agers - in the bedroom are very good! In the morning, we also found a cozy place for four at breakfast on the west balcony and enjoyed the tranquility. All appliances in the apartment worked well! With the bicycles available (tools for adjustment available) we explored the Lido - highly recommended. The apartment is, yes, a little outside but all the sights of Venice are easily accessible by public transport (7-day Venezia Unica ticket). You will be part of island life for a short time - a beautiful experience. Bars to hang out, supermarkets, good pizzerias in the neighborhood. We got to know Maurizio as a nice, empathetic host and thank him warmly for the good, always friendly and prompt communication. We will be happy to come back

Franca's house is perfect. It is located in the beautiful ancient village of Malamocco, a short walk from the bus stop that crosses the Lido and leads to Santa Maria Elisabetta. In the very close vicinity there is a minimarket, a takeaway pizzeria, a couple of restaurants (including 1 with restaurant service) and the trattoria da Scarso, specializing in Venetian cuisine, with attention also to gluten-free dishes. In a few minutes by bike (provided by Franca!) you can get to the Alberoni and enjoy the free beach adjacent to the Murazzi or get to the equipped establishment. The house is located in a lovely place, safe for children because it is far from the street. There is everything you need, a kitchen - livable and cozy - very well stocked, with a dishwasher and a coffee machine (capsules). The wifi works well, there is a TV in the living room. In the small inner courtyard, there is a spacious table for outdoor meals. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable. Mosquito nets on all windows!

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Magical location, convenient to the marina if you arrive by boat, but also at the bus stop. Quiet and also served as necessary. Beautiful house, clean and comfortably livable for 4 people. Elisabetta is very kind and always available. Thank you
