Its geographical location allows access in 40 minutes to the beaches, 40 minutes to the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes to the large buffets of Narbonne and 10 minutes to the highway exit. Its plus: its small private courtyard not overlooked.

Between Narbonne and Carcassonne, 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi, 30 minutes from the sea, 25 minutes from Minerve. Accommodation with equipped kitchen, living room with a beautiful space equipped with a sofa bed, laundry room, separate toilet, large bathroom, 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs (+ bunk bed for child in one) and 500 m2 of outdoor space to spend good times cocooning with family.

Myself and 3 Friends spent a lovely 12 days at Andre & Joelle House. It was a really delightful stay, and pefect for 4 adults sharing. They have put a lot of thought into the decor & lighting including the outdoor space around the pool, it's very tasteful. There are lots of areas indoors and outdoors to relax, chill & eat. Andre recommend a lot of really good restaurants my favourites were Le Chat qui Peche in Argelliers, and one in Minerve, Relais Chantovent, both you would need to book. We also got take out pizza from the local pizza place in the village, which was good. The local Epicerie in the village, has great bread, cheese, meats etc but you have to order baguette & crossants in advance, Epicerie traiteur Les Créas De pitissoune. The village is charming and pretty. The location is close to many beaux villages. We also went to Gruissan plage which is worth a visit and nearby Le Somail, Aberge Du Somail is a nice restaurant. Andrew & Joelle are v friendly and very helpful.

Very good stay at Anne's, the accommodation was perfectly suited for a group of friends with a toddler and dogs! The grounds are huge and the surroundings are very quiet, we had a lovely weekend!

Very good stay, beautiful house even better in real life than in photo😁. Well equipped, host very responsive to any questions or problems💪. We recommend the house if you are looking for peace and quiet. There are still activities to do nearby but you still have to drive a little bit😁.
