Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Gîte for 6 people Tourouzelle – Aude (11) – Occitania Villa with swimming pool on a 600 m² plot, bright, quietly located in a small village of the Corbières, 25 minutes from Narbonne, 35 minutes from Carcassonne and 45 minutes from the beaches. For the months of July and August, rental is from Saturday to Saturday only. Optional "end-of-stay cleaning" package: €80 Optional "linens and towels" package: €10/person A "cleaning deposit" of €80 will be required upon arrival.

It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Group cottage, 15 people or more

Escape to this large house with old tiles: it is ideal for families with children (game room, swimming pool, billiards, ping-pong, barbecue...). Its shaded garden with swimming pool encourages summer relaxation (6 x 4 m swimming pool). This cottage is not suitable for people with disabilities. It is dedicated to a family and moderately festive setting (loud music/neighborhood) and pets are not allowed. In July and August we rent for a minimum of 5 nights.

The eco-house is located in the heart of 4 ha nestled on the river bank and has a shared covered natural pool (mid-May to mid-September), a terrace and games for children. The house offers a main room with large kitchen, a bedroom for 2, a cozy mezzanine with 2 single beds. We are biodynamic winegrowers. Close to Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne... A place of peace and healing. From 7 nights in summer.

We offer for rent, this charming house, located at the foot of the city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation is 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The house has one floor, and consists of a nice 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), linens and towels included. this place can accommodate vacationers and business travelers.
