Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A really nice apartment in a beautiful rural area, totally quiet. We stayed there for two nights and slept wonderfully both nights. The apartment and the shared outdoor area are very lovingly designed. We spontaneously decided not to do anything the remaining day but to use the peace and the ambience to relax in the best weather. Great. Tobias received me personally and showed me everything there was to show. The room is in a 1a condition, the kitchen offers everything you could possibly need, the bathroom is very modern, the bed is super comfortable and there is also plenty of parking. A few steps down the street there is a great bakery and a great butcher shop. If you like one of the beautiful lakes, just want to go for a walk or want to go to Augsburg more urban… you will find everything there. Tobias has his heart in the right place and I highly recommend his accommodation. Please hand over everything as you took it over, because I will definitely come back :-)

We were totally satisfied with the accommodation at Heinz and Lydia's. In any case, our expectations were exceeded. A rustic and cozy accommodation in a quiet location. The two were very nice and hospitable and in the morning there was even a small breakfast. For the price, absolutely recommended and great for a short stay.
