Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Potočnica

Lovely little house, in a modern style, very well equipped. Great location, big backyard with parking. A large shaded patio is also a huge plus. We are very happy with your stay. The only problem was checking in. I believe the contact number should be provided right away at the time of booking.

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. My friends and I stayed at Melina’s airbnb whilst we went to hideout festival on Zcre beach. Melina was lovely and very helpful. She lives downstairs so was always available to help us. The location was brilliant, near the beach and near lots of bars and restaurants but still felt private and away from people. Us girls felt extremely safe and loved our stay. We could cook our own dinner in the kitchen upstairs and eat it out on the balcony. When we wanted to eat out finding nice restaurants was easy. Thank you so much to Melina. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at Daniela’s Apartment! It’s the perfect location, right by a Promenade where you can walk along and find a ton of restaurants and bars! And there is a taxi boat to the old town of Rab which was so nice to visit at night! We enjoyed our stay and loved it!

Picked us up from the port and had prepared the most delicious dinner!! Great room with sea view/sunset view and fan and AC! 5 min walk to a grocery store and to the coast. A local boat taxi company stops super close by and takes you to Rab Town so great if you don’t come by car. Overall lovely stay!

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

It's a glowing gem for people who looks for a spot with stunning views, silence and complete privacy. You are all by yourself there, and trust me - it feels great. Don't get me wrong here with this "all by yourself" part - Dora and her family were helpful and caring throughout our whole stay. Trully wonderful people. Whole house consists of two separate apartments - 2 bedrooms each. You have two well equipped kitchens to use and a special one extra. If you are as big bbq lover as I am - the third one would fit you perfectly. Closest grocery is less than 15min drive from house. Everything surrouding you catches your eye. Phrase to "stretch your eyes" gets a whole new meaning there. So if you still didn't decide yet, then please, give yourself a gift. Travel there and admire breathtaking sunset while floating on inflatabe matress, in your private pool, grasping ice cold Karlovacko in your hand. You deserve it. You will love it. If you can do it? Do it.

We felt very comfortable at Ana's. Everything was great. Everything was available and excellent. We will be happy to come back to her. The apartment had everything we needed. Ana and Mirjana were always available to us. On the last evening, we were even able to park our car in Mirjana's parking space, as we still had a rear carrier on the car. By the way, the private parking is worth its weight in gold in Mali😎😎👍🏻👍🏻

Martina was great host, her responsiveness was amazing. We were welcome with fruits and beers in the fridge. Apartment was exactly as described, very nice view from terrace, very clean. Our host also cooked for us some cakes, which was very nice surprise. I have only two small issues, but very small. 1, Apartment is close to quite frequent road 2, We were welcome by host mom, who do not speak English But overall we were very satisfied and for the price, it is great deal. I would come here again.

The accommodation felt bigger than the photos showed, it was very well furnished and very comfortable, it had all the amenities listed, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, 5 minutes and a 10 minute walk to Rab harbour and Old Town, which could be walked by either the road, park or the lovely sea walk. Danica and her daughter Katarina made us very welcome, and gave us grapes from their vine and tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Katarina gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local events. They were always available for any questions we had. The apartment was a great base for us to explore the island of Rab and always a joy to come back to relax on one of the 2 balconies or the air conditioned main room. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

Very hospitable host, gave us great tips for the area. Furniture and equipment of the bathrooms to the highest standard. We felt very comfortable. Child-friendly. Right on the beautiful harbor promenade. All appliances incl. washing machine worked well. The son welcomed us and showed the apartment, lives on the upper floor of the house. Croatian channels can be received in the TV, available via SmartTV apps such as Netflix and TV apps. Have rented for 7 Eur per day a parking space from the landlord 100 m away on the promenade.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Staying with Petra and her family was great! We had a great time on Rab. Petra was super helpful and always easily accessible. Everyone was very hospitable. We were even able to spontaneously eat home-grilled fish. The apartment has everything you need, it was very clean. The terrace is so beautiful. All in all a very successful vacation!
