Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Szép, rendezett lakás és környék 🙂 A házigazdánk nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A férjemmel és 2 gyermekünkkel mentünk és így is kényelmesen elfértünk a szálláshelyen. Ami egy kicsit negatív, hogy 1 kisbolt van csak a közelben, bár igaz, hogy sok mindent árul. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, bármikor visszamennék ide 😉

Saubere Unterkunft mit privatem Parkplatz und eigener Terrasse in Novalja. Wenige Schritte zum Strand. Der Check in war sehr einfach durch hinterlegtem Schlüssel in einer Box. In fussläufiger Nähe ist eine Bäckerei und ein schöner Hundestrand; das Zentrum ist ebenfalls etwa 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen Strandurlaub ist die Wohnung toll; wenn man sich jedoch mehr von Kroatien ansehen möchte, sollte man berücksichtigen, dass die Distanzen schon länger sind, so erreicht man z.B. Split und Šibenik etwa in 2,5 Std; Zadar in 1,5 Std mit dem Auto oder der NP Plitvicer Seen in 2,5 Std. Novalja oder die Stadt Pag an sich sind sehr touristisch geprägt und Mitte September ist schon deutlich weniger geöffnet. Insgesamt hat dies nichts mit der Ferienwohnung zu tun, sollte jedoch bei der Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigt werden. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und schön (: die Terrasse ist mit Hängematte, Tisch mit Sonnenschirm ausgestattet und es gibt einen eigenen Zugang zum Meer, mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Bäcker und kleiner Markt sind direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles was man für einen Erholsamen Urlaub braucht (: die Gastgeberin Jana und ihre Mama sind wirklich sehr bemüht das alles passt und man hat wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Komme gerne wieder (:

Fantastic location, very close to a large, sandy beach. If you’re up very early you can catch sunrise from the balcony. The balcony has shade from lunchtime onwards and has a beautiful view across the bay. The accommodation is simple and the apartment was very clean. We had an excellent week at Mauro’s place and can highly recommend.

Maria and Branko are incredible hosts. My wife and i are traveling long term and Maria and Branko made us feel more welcome than anywhere we have stayed. We only stayed one night, but wished we had stayed more. If you are visiting Pag do yourself a favor and stay here.

Sara's place was amazing! We were greeted by Sara's dad who was an amazing host. He brought us pancakes on the 1st day and a quiche on the 2nd day. He had helpful tips and was extremely supportive. The place is located in a tranquil area with amazing views of the peninsula across the water and offers amazing sunsets. The main road, although frequented by motorcycles and other vehicles is quite busy during the day, however being sheltered by the building, this is not disturbing. There is little to no traffic in the evenings. The place was clean and offered the basics a kitchen should have, we missed nothing. Truly a great place and one I will certainly return to in the future.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Tihana haben wir zwar persönlich nicht getroffen, standen aber bereits vor der Reise und auch während des Aufenthalts mehrmals über Airbnb im Kontakt. Auch als wir anfangs Startschwierigkeiten mit der Technik (Receiver) hatten, wurden uns sofort Tipps gegeben die zu Lösung des Problems geführt haben. Bemerkenswert ist auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung: in beiden Schlafzimmern und auch im Wohnbereich befindet sich jeweils eine Klimaanlage sowie auch ein TV mit Receiver, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Aber auch ansonsten hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Der Strand ist nur ca. 100 Meter entfernt und in 1-2 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns super erholt. Das Gesamtpaket Wohnung, Service und Strand werden uns lange positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank an Tihana für den schönen Urlaub!

Cute, cosy and clean place 😍 Nice terrace with amazing sea view. The bay is awesome can easily swim, fish, kayaking and rent boat. The water is clear and the beach is sandy. All needed appliances are there except hair dryer snd washing machine. To reach the place it is quite steep ⛰️
