Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Possum Kingdom Lake

This place was amazing. We loved it. It was so nice and peaceful. We wish we had more time to enjoy it. The only thing missing was an accessible fishing dock, but Courtney was very helpful in helping us find one off site. I would definitely stay here again. Courtney is a great host!

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The cabin has everything I needed for my time there. The kitchen is stocked with some measure of whatever appliance you require for preparing meals. The bed was comfortable in my opinion. The space is certainly tiny, so there's not much in the way of luggage or clothing storage, but that's really beyond remedy.

I don't think I've ever checked into a a place I'm staying and felt immediately at home, like I did at the Magnolia. My partner, our pup Wallace and I spent 4 nights in peaceful bliss. everything we could have wanted for a healing and relaxing retreat was available. EVERYTHING. I felt like we were all alone in the woods each day with all the convenience of being a quick drive to town. I hope we will be able to return! The cute little A house is in a very nice neighborhood. There was everything you needed. Load donut and gas station around the corner. 😂 Clear recommendation. I stayed at this property for 53 days while on a temporary work assignment. The property is located is a quiet and safe gated community. My entire stay went without incident and would not hesitate to book this property again should the need arise. Although my primary purpose was work related, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again for recreational purposes as there appeared to be a lot of lake activities that I was unable to take advantage of.

Loved the cabin feel and although it was A frame with large windows, it had great privacy.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this lake house! The host was fantastic—responsive and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for our weekend. The house itself is beautiful and literally right on the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. We had an amazing time making s’mores by the fire pit, relaxing in the hammock, taking the kayaks out for a paddle, and unwinding in the hot tub. The home was spotless, well put together, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great memories were made, and we’re already looking forward to booking again soon. Our stay at Pecanway Farm House was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it felt like going to grandma's house – warm, welcoming, and filled with a comforting sense of home. Having our family members stay with us under one roof was such a gift. It allowed for precious moments of connection, laughter, and support leading up to and after the big day that wouldn't have been possible in separate hotel rooms. The house itself was well equipped with everything we needed to host, cook, and connect. The game room and pool table received a lot of attention from everyone! It provided a wonderful backdrop for creating lasting memories. We are so grateful for this haven that allowed our family to truly be together during such a special time.
