The Studio is a loft bedroom which looks out onto the paddocks and awake to the cacophony of birds at sunrise. The ground floor is airy and cosy all in one. The rear door opens into your own private patio with direct access to our field. Feel free to walk your dog with ours and allow them to socialise in a securely fenced field. Part of Damson Hill Cottage which also has a Shepherd's Hut and another glamping pod too. The Hill Cabin is a round roofed glamping pod, sat on top of a hill on the edge of a woodland, with stunning sunsets. Peaceful & tranquil setting with great walking, running & cycling routes from the door. Fabulous family friendly pub with huge beer garden just 5 mins walk, Bishops Waltham market town 1.5 miles away. Outdoor shower, compost loos, pizza oven, caravan cafe, fitness studio & outdoor circuit.

The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
