We had a wonderful stay at Carole’s place she is a lovely host even greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great value for such a lovely unique place. very quick and easy stroll to the beach which is dog friendly, very rural and quiet little village but close to the more touristy towns like St ives, tehidy woods is a very nice woodland walk with clean and dry tracks so no need for wellies imo. William is a very nice and responsive host, everything we needed etc was so simple that it was only a couple of messages exchanged. the kitchen is clean and plenty of appliances to make what you want. A lovely powerful shower and the bed is comfy but very much on the firm side, its very peaceful there and me and my wife really enjoyed our stay.

Portreath is a lovely village with a beautiful beach, stunning cliff top walks, cafes and a local shop and bakery so is the perfect base for visiting the area. The pepperpot is very well equipped, clean, the bed is very comfortable, lovely big shower. The pepperpot has off road parking and only a short stroll from a beautiful beach. We loved our stay, lots to do and visit in the local area.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!
